　　　Raw space：the area is no less than 36㎡, RMB￥1,000.00/sqm；the management fee of special area,
　　　　　　　　　rental electricity box fee, the electricity fee and carpet fee are not included.

Notice：If paid in dollar or Hong Kong dollar, the payment should be settled based on the RMB exchange rate on
